One of the primaries focuses of army assistance in Kashmir is providing medical support and rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities. This involves ensuring access to specialized medical care, and surgeries, and the distribution of mobility aids such has wheel chair and prosthetic devices. Indian army organizes a medical camp in various village and far-flung areas of Kashmir in order medicines to improve its local health. People suffering from various diseases comes and takes medicines free of cost. Patient with serious problem is being referred to military hospital for Further treatment. Medical facility provide at COB’s are free of cost to local. Disabled people are given special attention care and respect. Army ambulance is also being provide and various people in case of emergency. Education is powerful tool for empowerment, and the army recognizes its pivotal role in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Scholarships, financial aid, and the establishment of special education school are integral components of the army’s efforts moreover, vocational training programs to equip disabled individuals with skills that not only enhance their employability but also contribute to their sense of purpose and independence. Few such example like Asha school – Indian army is doing lot of charitable and social service for the development of disabled Children in Kashmir. Asha school is one such examples in these schools disabled student is being taught by disabled teachers, who understands than better. Various skill learning program and moral values are being taught free of cost. Various scholarships program is also being provided to disabled children to Promote and support their education. Indian army along with various other organization work with hand in hand to support, nurture and care of these especially abled children, who will become future of tomorrow’s developed India.:
