Mon, Sep 2: Assam Rifles conducted a Swachhata Drive at Wangti in Mon district of Nagaland on September 2, bringing together local villagers, Village Guards and Assam Rifles personnel in a joint effort to promote cleanliness and environmental responsibility.
The cleanliness campaign saw active participation from members of the local community, who worked alongside Assam Rifles personnel to clean areas in and around the village.
The initiative focused on encouraging better hygiene practices, responsible waste disposal and greater awareness about the importance of maintaining clean and healthy surroundings.
During the drive, participants undertook cleaning activities across public spaces and other areas of the village, helping remove accumulated waste and improving the overall environment.
