In a heartwarming gesture of encouragement and recognition, Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister for Agriculture and Allied Departments, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative, and Elections, felicitated 8-year-old Numaan Malik from Baramulla at his official residence in Jammu today.
Numaan, a budding martial artist, recently clinched two gold medals at the Union Territory-level two-day Karate Championship held in Jammu on December 9 and 10. His remarkable performance at such a young age has brought pride not only to his hometown of Baramulla but to the entire Jammu and Kashmir region.
