
Central University of Kashmir (CUK) today observed the 5th anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) by administering an anti-drug pledge across all its campuses.
Faculty members, administrative staff, scholars, and students gathered to voice their resolve against substance abuse, a menace that continues to affect people across the nation.
In his message, Vice Chancellor, Prof. A Ravinder Nath underscored the role of educational institutions in shaping informed, vigilant, and socially responsible citizens. “Universities are not merely centers of learning; they are catalysts of social reform. Our students must become ambassadors of a drug-free society,” he said.
