Srinagar, August 20: Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat on Wednesday reviewed the security arrangements and operational preparedness at Temporary Operating Bases (TOBs) in the Shaliganga area of Budgam.

The DGP was accompanied by Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone V.K. Birdi, Rajiv Pandey, SSP Budgam Hariprasad K.K. and other police officials.

During the visit, Prabhat assessed the functioning of the Temporary Operating Bases and reviewed the security arrangements and operational readiness of personnel deployed in the area.

Officials said the review was aimed at strengthening preparedness and ensuring that the security units remain equipped to respond effectively to emerging challenges.
