Jammu, Aug 3: Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Sunday congratulated Jammu and Kashmir cricketer Auqib Nabi on his selection to the Indian Test team for the upcoming series against Sri Lanka, calling it a proud moment for the Union Territory.

In his congratulatory message, Dr Singh praised the young cricketer's hard work, determination and commitment, saying these qualities had earned him a place in the national side.
