Srinagar, Sep 23: JK Police Warriors registered an impressive five-wicket victory over JK Bank XI in an exciting exhibition match of the Greenlam Laminates BIG Premier League 2026 at Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar.
JK Bank XI won the toss and elected to bat first, putting up a competitive total of 156/8 in 20 overs. The team looked to set a challenging target, but JK Police Warriors responded with a determined batting performance.
Chasing 157 for victory, JK Police Warriors reached 157/5 in 17.2 overs, securing a five-wicket win with 16 balls to spare.
Aijaz SDRF was declared Man of the Match for his outstanding batting display. He scored a brilliant 69 runs off just 36 balls, striking 11 fours and one six. His impressive innings played a crucial role in guiding JK Police Warriors to victory.
The exhibition match added a special sporting attraction to the Greenlam Laminates BIG Premier League 2026, bringing together JK Police Warriors and JK Bank XI in a contest that celebrated teamwork, sportsmanship and the spirit of cricket.
