The intensive 104-hour program focused on strengthening participants' managerial, financial, and strategic capabilities through a blend of classroom learning, field visits, expert interactions, and hands-on workshops.
The curriculum, curated by domain experts, included modules on:
Business planning & marketing strategies
Digital tools & financial literacy
Legal compliance, innovation & leadership
Participants also engaged in mentorship sessions, case studies, and field visits to successful business ventures, enhancing their real-world understanding of enterprise management.

Valedictory sessions were conducted at all district locations. JKEDI faculty and officials played a central role in both the delivery and monitoring of the program. Additionally, subject matter experts from District Industries Centres (DICs) and the Labour and Employment Department contributed sector-specific insights, enriching the training experience.
