Launched on May 5, 2025, the four-week training program benefitted 228 aspiring entrepreneurs, including 107 women, marking a significant step towards gender inclusion in J&K’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Curriculum and Delivery
The intensive 104-hour program focused on strengthening participants' managerial, financial, and strategic capabilities through a blend of classroom learning, field visits, expert interactions, and hands-on workshops.
The curriculum, curated by domain experts, included modules on:
Business planning & marketing strategies
Digital tools & financial literacy
Legal compliance, innovation & leadership
Participants also engaged in mentorship sessions, case studies, and field visits to successful business ventures, enhancing their real-world understanding of enterprise management.
