Man Found Unconscious Near Wine Shop in Pantha Chowk Dies at SMHS Hospital

Srinagar, Oct 22: A 48-year-old man from Tral died at SMHS Hospital in Srinagar after he was found unconscious near a wine shop at Somu Stand in Pantha Chowk.

The deceased has been identified as Tanveer Ahmed Wani, a resident of Largam village in Tral, South Kashmir.

According to police, personnel from Police Station Pantha Chowk shifted him to SMHS Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The body was subsequently taken for radiological examination and autopsy to determine the cause of death.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
