Srinagar, October 14: The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced revised school timings across the Kashmir Division, effective October 15, 2026.

Under the revised schedule, schools within Srinagar’s municipal limits will operate from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Schools located outside Srinagar’s municipal limits, as well as those in other areas of the Kashmir Division, will function from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The revised timings will apply to both government and recognised private schools across the Valley.

The Directorate has directed all concerned institutions to implement the new schedule strictly and ensure full compliance with the prescribe
